Privacy.

The short version: we ask for your first name, last name, and email address so we can send you a free PDF. That's the only reason we collect it. We don't sell it, we don't share it with anyone who isn't directly helping us send the email, and you can have it deleted any time by replying to any email we send.

Who we are

Get Full Marks is operated by Marcel Headlam (marcelheadlam@gmail.com), a tutor and developer based in the United Kingdom. This policy covers the page you just came from (fullmarks.ai) and anything we email you as a result of using it. If you're reading this from a different domain, this policy doesn't apply there.

What we collect

  • Your first name, last name, and email address — because you typed them into the form.
  • The tier you selected (Higher or Foundation) — so we can send you the right PDF.
  • A timestamp of when you submitted the form — so we can respond to deletion requests accurately.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, session recording, fingerprinting, or any other form of tracking on this site. If we change that later (for example, adding a privacy-respecting analytics tool like Plausible), we'll update this page before we add it.

What we use it for

  • Sending you the Examiner Report Patterns PDF you asked for.
  • Occasionally — no more than once a month, usually less — sending a short email if we publish something new we genuinely think would help you revise. No offers, no promotions from anyone else.
  • That's it. No other purpose, and no sharing with anyone else, ever.

Who handles your data

We use a small number of services to run the site. They each see only the data they strictly need to do their job, and they're all bound by their own privacy commitments.

  • Formspree (privacy policy) — receives the form submission and forwards it to us by email. They hold a copy in their submission archive.
  • Our email provider — stores your name and email address so we can send you the PDF and occasional updates. If you'd like to know exactly which provider we're using at the moment you read this, email us and we'll tell you the same day.
  • Cal.com (privacy policy) — if, and only if, you click through to book a free intro call, they handle the booking. We don't see any data from them except the booking itself.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and do not use it to train any AI models.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click and you're off the list. You don't have to give a reason. If the link is broken, reply to the email with "unsubscribe" in the body and we'll remove you manually.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask us what data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
  • Ask us to stop emailing you (this is the same as unsubscribing).
  • Ask us to export your data in a portable format.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you feel we've mishandled your data.

Email marcelheadlam@gmail.com for any of these. We'll action requests within 14 days, usually the same week. When we delete your data we keep a small record of the unsubscribe itself (your email address only, on a suppression list), so that we don't accidentally add you back later. That's standard practice and it's in your interest.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent — you ticked no box, but you did type your email into a form that says clearly what we'll do with it, and pressing the button counts as consent in UK law. You can withdraw that consent any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

How long we keep it

As long as you're subscribed, plus a reasonable cool-down period if you unsubscribe (typically 12 months) to handle any admin or legal requirements. After that, we delete everything except the suppression-list entry mentioned above.

If you're under 18

The PDF is designed for GCSE students, many of whom are under 18. That's fine — UK GDPR lets under-18s give consent for straightforward services like this. If you'd prefer not to give your email, ask a parent, guardian, or teacher to submit the form on your behalf and share the PDF with you. We won't contact anyone except the email address in the form.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Our form provider and email provider both encrypt data at rest and in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we've picked services that take it seriously, and we don't hold any data we don't need — the less we have, the less there is to lose.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" line at the top. If the change is significant — for example, adding a new processor, or changing what we collect — we'll also email everyone on the list to tell them.

Contact

Questions, deletion requests, or anything else: marcelheadlam@gmail.com. A real person reads every email. Please allow a couple of days for a reply; I'm usually tutoring in the evenings.
